I think your Siphononema are not polonicum species.

SIPHONONEMA POLONICUM
I saw your S. polonicum, and I think your names is correct, but my material looks exactly like original of "Pleurocapsa polonicum" by Raciborski (for that see first Komarek book, page 340, figure 449a)
