Area of rounded granitic outcrops, apparently calcifilic species around, bouldes with sparse vegetation (alvar) in crevice pockets, with Polypodium virginianum, Thuidium abietinum abundant, Sedum acre in carpets, in creek feeding the Bay, brders of Phalaris arundinacea, Polygonum canbyi, Solidago caesia, Spirodela polyrhiza.
