South Central part of the island, abt. 25 km south of Vostochnyy Town and abt. 175 km north of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk along the main North/South Hwy., just west of Vladimiroka and Zhdanko Peaks, in a deep ravine with a seasonal creek, below Zhdanko Mtn., on rocks along the creek bank in a seepy area in full sun.
