Area near the top of Pidan (Livadiyskaya) Mt. Fir (Abies sachalinensis) - Spruce (Picea ajanensis) - Birch (Betula ermanii) subalpine lighted forest intermingled with gravely barrens fields. The crevices in teh gravely barrens, on sides of boulders and on fine-grained soil on the bottom.
