LITERARY SPECIMEN

Wet meadow near the village of Dlouha´ Ves. The meadow was at one time under cultivation but had been abandoned for 22 years; although, it received periodic mowing since 1985. The soil was a Cambisol with mull horizon, pH 5.3, subtended by a bedrock dominated by migmatized paragneiss.
